Do I need to be home?
No - leave the tires accessible and we'll text before arrival.
On-rim required?
Yes. We currently swap only pre-mounted tires (on-rim).

When should I change to winter tires in Ottawa??
In Ottawa, switch to winter tires between mid-October and mid-November, or when average temperatures drop below 7 deg C. Booking early helps you avoid the rush.
How long does a tire swap take??
On-rim swaps take about 20-30 minutes per car. Off-rim swaps require extra time for mounting and balancing. Every job includes torque to spec.
Do you offer wheel cleaning or seasonal storage??
Yes. Add wheel cleaning to prevent corrosion and choose secure seasonal storage so you don't have to keep bulky sets at home.
What's the difference between on-rim and off-rim??
On-rim = tires already mounted on wheels (fastest and most affordable). Off-rim = unmount/mount tires on your wheels (more time & equipment). See our Services for details.
Do you torque to spec and handle TPMS??
Yes. Every wheel is torqued to manufacturer specification. On-rim swaps with TPMS are routine; mention sensor updates when booking.
How much does it cost??

Bad weather policy?
We operate in most conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge.
