Yes. Our mobile seasonal swap is for tires already mounted on their own rims. Tell us about locking wheel nuts or sensor concerns when booking.

Yes, and it's included. Wheel nuts should be re-checked after the first 50–100 km of driving. After every tire change, we pass by to re-check them within about a week, when a technician is in your area.

Most swaps take about 20–30 minutes. Have your seasonal wheels accessible and leave safe working space around the vehicle.

Ottawa, Kanata, Orleans, Barrhaven, Nepean, Gloucester and nearby communities, plus Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer and Plateau. When booking, pick your area and the calendar shows the days we're near you.

Service can be arranged where the building permits it and there is safe access and enough clearance. Include parking restrictions in your booking notes.

Mobile Swap: pay after service. Swap & Store: pay at your appointment, before your tires leave. Driveway Tire Club: pay in full at your first visit.

Yes. Choose Swap & Store or Driveway Tire Club and select an available appointment. Pickup of your removed set is included.

Sign in on My tires with the email from your booking. We email you a one-time code; you'll see each set's status and your appointments, and can request your return.

Submit a Swap & Store booking by October 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time for a fall appointment. The booking submission time determines the offer; choosing an earlier appointment is not required.
