Your annual Club payment is due in full at your first visit. It covers both seasonal swaps and both seasons of storage with wheel cleaning.

Your Club price is locked for 2027: the annual price agreed when you join remains your Club price for 2027.

Cancellation and refund terms

Club is a prepaid 12-month membership starting at your first service, with no automatic renewal. Cancel before the first service for a full refund of any Club payment, less any applicable appointment cancellation fee. Within 30 days after the first service, you may cancel and receive the amount paid less services already used: each completed swap is valued at the regular Mobile Swap rate recorded when you booked, and each storage period begun at the difference between the regular Swap + Store and Mobile Swap rates recorded then. Deductions for used services cannot exceed your Club payment. After 30 days, there is no discretionary partial refund; unused included services remain available until membership expiry. Appointment cancellation fees are separate and do not consume an included swap. If we cannot provide an included service, we will offer rescheduling or a refund for the undelivered portion. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Contact us to request cancellation or a refund.
