Where are my tires stored?
Ottawa. Your removed set is cleaned before storage and identified with your name and wheel-position tags. Condition photos are recorded at intake.
How are my tires identified?
Colour-coded LF / RF / LR / RR tags identify each wheel's position and carry your name.
How long does storage last?
Seasonal storage covers one set of up to four wheels for up to six months from intake. Club includes two consecutive seasonal storage periods over 12 months from the first service. Return at your next scheduled swap is included; the next swap is charged separately unless covered by Club. For an earlier return, contact us at least three days ahead to arrange a handover. Any separate delivery or extended-storage charge must be agreed before it is incurred. Once a seasonal storage period begins, its storage charge is non-refundable if you retrieve the set early, except where required by law. Club refunds follow the separate membership policy.
When do I get them back? Is pickup and return included?
Pickup of your removed set and return at your next swap are included. We contact you before next season to arrange your return appointment; the next swap is a separate seasonal booking unless you join Driveway Tire Club.
Do you service condo garages?
We can arrange service in underground garages and visitor lots where the building permits it and there is safe access and enough clearance. Tell us about parking restrictions when booking.
Can I book storage with my swap?
Yes. Choose Swap + Store or Driveway Tire Club and select an available appointment. Pickup of your removed set is included.
Can I store tires without a swap?
Yes. See standalone seasonal storage and contact us to confirm pickup or drop-off arrangements.
