Most condo lockers can't fit a set of four wheels, and many buildings restrict keeping them in parking spots or on balconies. That's why most condo residents choose Swap + Store over a swap alone.
We pick up and store your off-season tires
Swap + Store includes the swap, pickup of the removed set, wheel cleaning, position tags, seasonal storage and return at your next swap.
How condo tire service works

Check your building's rules
Ask your property manager about contractor access and where work is allowed: your spot, a visitor lot or a set area of the garage.

Book Swap + Store
Pick a time online and tell us your garage entrance, parking level and any height limit.

We change your tires where you park
Your seasonal set goes on, torqued to specification and pressure checked. We take the removed set with us.

We store it and bring it back
Your off-season wheels are cleaned, tagged and stored, then returned at your next seasonal swap.
Underground garage requirements
- Permission from your building to work in the space.
- Safe access and adequate clearance around your vehicle.
- Your mounted seasonal wheels and locking wheel nut key ready at the car.
- Garage entrance, parking level and any height restriction noted in your booking.
Condo Tire Days for multiple residents
Residents and property managers can request a Condo Tire Day so neighbours have their seasonal service coordinated at the building. Tell us how many vehicles are interested and your preferred date; we will confirm access, scheduling and service details with you.
If your building has a promo code, use its booking link. The code travels with your booking so we can identify your building; any discount is confirmed before booking.

Do I need permission from my condo?
Yes. We only work where your building allows it, so please confirm contractor access and parking rules with your property manager before your appointment.
Can you work in an underground garage?
Yes, where there is safe access, enough clearance around the vehicle and room for our equipment. Tell us about height restrictions when booking so we can plan the visit.
When do I pay?
Swap + Store is paid at your appointment, before your tires leave. Driveway Tire Club is paid in full at the first visit.
Can my whole building book together?
Yes. Request a Condo Tire Day below and we'll coordinate a date for interested residents.
