Home or work: choose the right Kanata pickup address
At home in Kanata Lakes, Beaverbrook or Bridlewood
If the second set is already in your garage or shed, a home appointment keeps the wheels and car together. Clear a safe, level work area and tell us about locked gates, stairs or a shared driveway. Have the wheel-lock key and access to the vehicle ready.
At a Kanata North workplace
A workplace visit needs the property owner's permission and a suitable space with clearance around your vehicle. Confirm where mobile work is allowed and how we enter the lot. Your mounted seasonal set must also be available there; a car at the office and wheels at home needs a different plan. Weekday appointments run from late afternoon into the evening, so check the lot is still open and accessible then; weekends are often easier at home.
Do not rely on a visitor space being free on arrival. If the approved space, access or wheel transport is uncertain, contact us before booking. We can help you decide whether home or work is the practical service address.
Kanata, Stittsville and Carp: check the address you will use
Our Kanata & Stittsville booking area covers Kanata North and South, Kanata Lakes, Beaverbrook, Bridlewood, Morgan's Grant and Arcadia, with nearby Stittsville and Carp. When booking, pick the area where the car will actually be: a workplace appointment can be in a different area from your home.
For a townhouse or shared lane in Stittsville, get permission for the working space and leave access clear for neighbours. For a longer driveway or gated property around Carp, add directions and contact us about access before choosing a time. Appointment availability and any outlying-address arrangements are confirmed for your address.

Collection now, a planned return next season
- Prepare: have the car, mounted seasonal wheels and wheel-lock key at the confirmed address. Note where the wheels are kept.
- Swap and collect: we fit the seasonal set, check pressure and torque to specification. Pay at the appointment before the removed wheels leave.
- Clean and identify: your removed set is cleaned before storage and labelled with your name and wheel positions. You can check your stored set through My tires.
- Arrange the next visit: we contact you before the next season to plan the return swap. Return at that appointment is included; the next swap is billed separately unless covered by Club.
Changing jobs, moving house or returning to a different parking space? Contact us with the new address and access details before arranging the return. An earlier handover needs at least a week's notice and any separate delivery charge agreed in advance.

Where do you take my wheels?
We collect at your service address in Kanata and take the set to storage. Storage location: Ottawa. Stored indoors in a secured facility. Your removed set is cleaned before storage and identified with your name and wheel-position tags. Condition photos are recorded at intake. Confirm any handover with us before travelling; this is an at-home service.
How long is storage, and can I get the set back early?
Seasonal storage covers one set of up to four wheels from intake until your next seasonal swap, with no fixed end date. Club includes storage for both seasons over 12 months from the first service; if you don't renew, we return the set we're storing for you. Return at your next scheduled swap is included; the next swap is charged separately unless covered by Club. For an earlier return, contact us at least a week ahead to arrange a handover. Any separate delivery charge must be agreed before it is incurred. Once a seasonal storage period begins, its storage charge is non-refundable if you retrieve the set early, except where required by law. Club refunds follow the separate membership policy.

What if my seasonal tires are not on rims?
Our mobile service is for tires already mounted on their own set of rims. We don't mount tires onto rims or balance them. A tire shop can mount your seasonal set on a second set of rims first; after that, we can handle your swaps and storage.
Which set do you store?
The set removed during your appointment: winter wheels after the spring change, or summer and all-season wheels after the fall change. Keep each vehicle's wheels and wheel-lock key identifiable before we arrive.
