Avalon & Fallingbrook: make room in the garage
A second wheel set takes up space you could use for bikes, tools or the car itself. We collect the set that comes off your vehicle during the swap, so you do not need to load it for a separate storage trip.
Chapel Hill & Queenswood Heights: plan each vehicle
Booking for a household? Add up to 3 vehicles at the same address online and choose each vehicle type for an accurate quote. Keep each car's seasonal wheels and wheel-lock key separate before the visit. Contact us for a larger group.
Convent Glen: check shared parking access
If you park in a condo garage or shared lot, confirm permission for mobile tire service before booking. Include entry instructions, vehicle clearance and any parking restrictions in your notes. Contact us first if you are unsure the space is suitable.

From your driveway to storage, then back next season
- Prepare both mounted sets. Your seasonal tires must already be mounted on a second set of rims. Leave a safe, flat work area and tell us where the wheels are kept and about any stairs or access restrictions.
- Swap and collect in one visit. We change your wheels at your Orléans address, check tire pressure and torque to specification. Payment is due at the appointment, before the removed set leaves with us.
- Clean, identify and store. The removed wheels are cleaned before storage and tagged with your name and wheel positions. One seasonal storage booking covers one set of up to four wheels.
- Arrange your return swap. We contact you before the next season to arrange the appointment and bring your stored set back. Return at that swap is included; the next tire change is charged separately unless covered by Driveway Tire Club.

- Storage only: $89 per season
- If your tire change is already handled, standalone storage is arranged by phone. Contact us before booking standalone storage to arrange pickup or handover in Ottawa and confirm any separate transport charge.
- Driveway Tire Club: both seasonal swaps
- If you want fall and spring tire changes plus storage for both seasons, compare the annual Club package. It is paid in full at your first visit.

Storage and return questions for Orléans drivers
Are the tires stored at my home or a local storefront?
We collect your removed set at your service address and take it to storage. Published storage location: Ottawa. Stored indoors in a secured facility. Your removed set is cleaned before storage and identified with your name and wheel-position tags. Condition photos are recorded at intake. Can I request my wheels before the next swap?
Yes. Sign in to My tires with your booking email to check your sets and request a return, or contact us. Give at least a week's notice for an earlier handover; any separate delivery charge is agreed in advance. See the storage period and return terms before booking.
Do I need a driveway for Swap & Store?
A safe, flat working space with clearance around the vehicle is required. Approved condo parking or a suitable workplace space may work too. Read our condo service guide and confirm building permission and access before the appointment.
Can you store winter tires as well as summer tires?
Yes. We take the off-season set: winter wheels after the spring change, or summer and all-season wheels after the fall change. The same pickup and return process applies.
